These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and MCWvip ("MCWvip", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the MCWvip online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated services, features, content and functionality made available at mcwvip.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise using any service provided by MCWvip, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any related platform operated by MCWvip.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer or director of MCWvip, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must have provided accurate and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each User may register only one Account on the MCWvip Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts by the same individual is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, MCWvip reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close those Accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

During registration you will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. This information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for notifying MCWvip promptly of any changes to your registered details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. MCWvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the MCWvip support team immediately via live chat or the help centre so that appropriate security measures may be applied.

MCWvip operates identity and age verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed and may be requested at any other time in MCWvip's reasonable discretion.

The following documents may be required as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photographic identity document. For Pakistani users, this typically means a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport. The document must be clear, unobstructed and legible.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document confirming your residential address. Typically dated within the last three months.
• Selfie or Liveness Check: A photograph of you holding your identity document, or a real-time liveness verification, may be requested to confirm that the account holder matches the submitted documents.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account may be requested.

Deposits to your MCWvip Account must be made using payment methods currently listed as available in the Platform's live cashier. Available payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts, processing times and applicable fees are subject to change and should always be verified in the live cashier before initiating a transfer.

MCWvip accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where cashier support is available, subject to the operator's current cashier configuration. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided for the convenience of Pakistani users as familiar payment references only. These institutions do not endorse gambling, have no affiliation with MCWvip and may independently decline or restrict transactions associated with online gaming.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. Deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in your name may be refused and returned.

MCWvip does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name and matching your registered Account details.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the successful completion of KYC verification, the full satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with the withdrawal conditions described in this section and in the Platform's cashier.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. MCWvip reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative method where this is not feasible.

Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion status of KYC verification. MCWvip makes no guarantee as to specific processing time frames, and these may vary. Please verify current indicative processing times in the Platform's cashier or help centre.

MCWvip reserves the right to delay or withhold the processing of a withdrawal request pending the completion of any outstanding KYC review, anti-fraud investigation or account audit. In such circumstances, you will be notified as promptly as reasonably practicable.

MCWvip may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All such offers are governed by these Terms and by the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which will be stated at the time the offer is made available.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by MCWvip:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and must not be exploited for commercial advantage.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible user, household, IP address, device or payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• MCWvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations to honour bonuses already accepted in good faith.
• Any indication of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of duplicate Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or the exploitation of platform errors, will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• All bonus figures presented on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed as current offers in the operator's live promotions page. Players should always verify current offer availability and terms before participating.

All bets and wagers placed through the MCWvip Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type. These rules are made available within the relevant game interface or betting market and form part of the overall agreement between you and MCWvip.

The following general betting principles apply across all MCWvip products:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended, except in accordance with any applicable in-play betting rules or where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, jackpot figures or any other material element of a bet or game, MCWvip reserves the right to void the relevant transaction and return the staked amount.
• MCWvip does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game, market or betting event. Scheduled events may be postponed, cancelled or altered by external organising bodies beyond MCWvip's control. Settlement rules applicable to each market type will be stated in the relevant market rules.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live event results as applicable. MCWvip does not manipulate outcomes.
• Jackpot figures and RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the Platform for illustrative purposes are indicative only. Actual returns may vary based on gameplay, variance and statistical distribution over time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited when using the MCWvip Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials or Account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, software exploits or any mechanical assistance to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities or platform bugs. Identified bugs must be reported to the support team immediately rather than exploited.
• Engaging in any activity constituting bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic multi-accounting for promotional gain.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illicit source.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any ineligible person, including minors.
• Any attempt to disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorised access attempts.

MCWvip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help users maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It involves real financial risk, and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered MCWvip users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately on request.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week or month. Platform activity pauses automatically when a set limit is reached.

All content displayed on the MCWvip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of MCWvip or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of MCWvip. Systematic extraction of content, scraping or automated data collection from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MCWvip, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

MCWvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not, in any circumstances, exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the claim.

MCWvip does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterruptedly, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability without advance notice in all cases.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits MCWvip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

MCWvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or adjust any balance, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable bonus terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of funds derived from criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Request by a competent legal authority, regulator or law enforcement body.
• Identification of duplicate or linked Accounts.
• A self-exclusion request made by the Account holder.

You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting the MCWvip support team. Account closure requests will be processed promptly; any verified real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a compatible payment method following satisfactory KYC verification.

MCWvip reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MCWvip will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to your registered address, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms, as displayed on the Platform, supersedes all prior versions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MCWvip is licensed to operate (the "Governing Jurisdiction"). Any dispute, claim or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Governing Jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents MCWvip from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may independently apply to their activities. MCWvip makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for access from any particular jurisdiction, and it is each user's sole responsibility to confirm the legal status of their participation.
